Reporting to the Hardware Supervisor, your ability to consistently identify customer requirements will be demonstrated through appropriate product recommendations. This position offers competitive compensation in a friendly work environment. The Hardware Department Team Member will be responsible for:
Displaying natural, excellence in customer service
Stock and reposition shelves within the Hardware Department as required
Know the store, departments, and product availability to efficiently respond to customer inquiries regardless of location within the store
Provide insightful input to ordering based on customer demands within the Hardware Department.

0-1 year of related experience
Dependability and reliability from previous work and/or team experiences
Evening and weekend availability
Physical ability to lift 50 Lbs. independently
