About the opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage trade-specific projects from start to finish. This role involves planning, organizing, and directing various trade operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills,
hands-on industry experience, and knowledge of retaining walls and lawn installation
as well as experience leading heavy equipment operators.

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain open communication with clients, management, and employees.
Listen to the client to ensure clear expectations, requirements, and concerns.
Schedule employees to jobsites with the ability to prioritize projects and tasks according to urgency.
Understanding of building codes, project drawings, contracts, and specifications in detail
Able to oversee multiple landscaping and snow removal crews at various locations.
Balance good customer service and company goals into daily activities
On-time completion of projects and Work Orders
Maximize profitability through efficiency, cost control, and opportunity.
Resolve issues and concerns the client may have.
Be solution-oriented in all regards.
Organize and schedule appointments.
Assist in the preparation of estimates.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Communication with Project Managers on current workflow and booking times.
Requirements:
Hands on experience on Trades is a MUST (Landscaping, Carpentry, etc.)
Experience managing the team to make sure tasks are done efficiently and safely.
Experience using power tools and heavy equipment is a MUST.
Technical Inspection background for residential and commercial workplaces.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking
Decision making skills.
Current/valid driver's license
Clean Driver's Abstract and Criminal Clearance
