Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Handyman/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Handyman/Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing plumbing leaks, repairing drywall, painting, and assembling furniture. Assist with larger construction or renovation projects, including demolition, framing, or finishing work. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Clean and prepare job sites, including disposing of debris and materials. Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies. Provide support to other team members or contractors as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus. Must be able to follow directions and adhere to safety standards.
