Job Overview
Seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills not limited to carpentry, light electrical, plumbing, drywall, small renovations, and tenant clean-ups. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently. The Handy Man will be responsible for performing various tasks that contribute to the upkeep of buildings and grounds, providing excellent service to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
Duties
Conduct maintenance, including repairs and upkeep of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC units. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to execute repairs or installations accurately. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory level

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
