SPM INC is Hiring Exterior Property Maintenance and detailing Pros Immediately. Are you looking for a flexible work schedule in the GVA area ? Do you like to be physically active? Do you want to be proud of the results you can achieve in your work?
If you answered yes to all three questions then we invite you to apply to join the Superhero Property Maintenance team. Superhero Property Maintenance Inc. is currently hiring temporary, full and part time workers.
Experience with power pressure washing, window cleaning and painting and finishing, is desired but not a must. Training provided for keen individuals with an eye for detail.
Must be able to physically manage ladders and Power tools.
Experienced workers can expect to earn up to and above $22-$35 per hour

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 45 per week

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
On call
Weekends as needed
Experience:
power washing: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
fall arrest ticket (preferred)
Work Location: On the road
