We are a fast-paced and growing construction company specializing in both residential and commercial projects. From site preparation and excavation to final occupancy and deficiencies, we take pride in delivering high-quality, well-coordinated builds. We are currently seeking a
hands-on Project Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator
who is passionate about construction, experienced in the field, and ready to take control of job sites across our service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations from initial mobilization through to final deficiencies
Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction including site prep, excavation, framing, finishing, and occupancy
Interpret and work from construction drawings and specifications
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the construction schedule
Actively participate on site, using tools and equipment as needed
Communicate effectively with trades, suppliers, clients, and internal teams
Maintain strong attention to health and safety protocols
Ensure quality control and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction
WHMIS Certificate, First Aid & CPR, Working at Heights (must be current)
Skilled operator of skid steers, tele-handlers, and other related equipment
Proficient with hand and power tools
Strong understanding of construction scheduling and project coordination
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Willingness to travel between job sites in Kawartha Lakes, Durham, Peterborough, and Northumberland
