Job Summary The Hairstyling instructor will be responsible for preparing teaching materials and to deliver demonstrations of the skills required, lectures on theory, techniques, and terminology. Instructors will also be responsible to mark and grade the work of the students and to assist with individualized tutoring or remedial instruction. Hairstyling instructors are also responsible for completing salon services and providing customer service when required. Qualifications Education The successful candidate is required to have a college diploma in Hairstyling as well as an active hairstyling license. Experience
The successful candidate should have five years previous experience within a salon setting, and any teaching experience would be considered an asset.
