We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the beauty industry, ensuring that both staff and clients have an exceptional experience. As a Salon Floor Manager, you will be responsible for supervising support staff, and maintaining a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism are maintained. Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon. Maintain effective communication with clients regarding services, pricing, and appointments through phone etiquette. Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention. Promote salon services and products to enhance revenue growth.

Requirements

Hours:

Tuesday 1-9pm, Wednesday 1-9pm, Thursday 1-9pm, Friday 11am-7pm, Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm

Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty or wellness industry is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Strong phone etiquette for professional communication with clients.
