Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong gymnastics background as they will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to educate and train team members while fostering a positive work environment. The Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of performance and safety.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of team members to ensure operational efficiency. Educate staff on best practices, safety protocols, and company policies.. Address any issues or conflicts that arise in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the workplace. Assist in the development of operational strategies to improve productivity.

Qualifications

Strong gymnastics background, NCCP Comp 1 Certified Ability to spot, instruct, and teach WAG Gymnastics Love for children and gymnastics Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate others Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all operations.
