Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring young athletes. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for developing training programs, instructing students in various gymnastics techniques, and fostering a positive and encouraging environment that promotes skill development and personal growth.

Duties

Design and implement engaging gymnastics training programs tailored to the skill levels of individual students. Instruct students in various gymnastics disciplines, including floor exercises, balance beam, vault, and uneven bars. Provide constructive feedback to athletes to help them improve their techniques and performance. Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a clean and organized training environment. Monitor student progress and adjust training plans as necessary to meet individual goals. Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude among all participants. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to organize competitions, events, and showcases.

Skills

Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students of all ages. Proficient in gymnastics techniques with a solid understanding of coaching principles. Experience in swimming is a plus, enhancing the overall athletic development of students. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes while promoting a love for the sport. Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules and student progress effectively. Pay: $17.85-$35.19 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
