What You'll Be Doing:

You'll play an important role in helping us provide top-notch service to our customers, including:

Exterior Installations:

Installing Gutter Guards, Fascia, Soffits and Siding to help protect the customers home.

Gutter Cleaning:

Clearing gutters of debris, leaves, and dirt to ensure the water flows freely.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Quality Work:

Clean windows and gutters to a high standard, keeping our customers happy and coming back.

Safety First:

You'll follow safety guidelines, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe and clean work environment at all times.

Customer Service:

You'll interact with customers with respect and professionalism, answering their questions and making their day easier.

Teamwork:

You'll work with your team to get the job done efficiently and share your knowledge with others.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in cleaning (window or gutter) is a plus, but not required--attitude matters most! Ability to work at heights and handle different weather conditions. Physical stamina for lifting equipment and being on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Work Environment:

This is an outdoor position, so be ready to work in all kinds of weather--from sunshine to rain, heat to wind. You'll be using specialized equipment, including ladders, scaffolding, and pressure washers, and might do some lifting. The job requires physical activity, including climbing and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed

London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
