Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including Moss Removal, Interior Gutter Cleaning, Roof Treatment, Etc. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment effectively while adhering to company policies. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or post-event clean-up. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude towards work. MUST HAVE PRIOR ROOF EXPERIENCE MUST BE COMFORTABLE AT HEIGHTS AND ON ROOFS MUST BE COMFORTABLE ON VARIOUS PITCHES MUST BE A CANADIAN CITIZEN
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Experience:

Roof / Gutter Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
