Service Technician/Supervisor - Gorilla Property Services (Edmonton, AB)

Responsibilities:

Perform exterior cleaning services with precision, exceeding client expectations Work at heights up to

40 feet

on residential and commercial rooftops Conduct

site and safety inspections

before each job

Supervise

a general helper, ensuring efficiency and teamwork Manage workflow and

operational efficiencies

on-site Handle

customer interactions

professionally, including collecting payments Operate a

company vehicle

safely and according to Alberta's road laws Maintain

cleanliness of the company vehicle

daily Track

inventory and condition of tools

used for services Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Valid Class 5 driver's license

with a clean driving record

Comfortable working at heights

and using extension ladders

Physically fit

- able to lift

50 lbs repeatedly

throughout the day Strong

work ethic

- honesty, integrity, and attention to detail

Organized

with good time management to meet daily job deadlines

Excellent customer service

and communication skills (spoken and written) Able to work flexible hours, including

some evenings and weekends

Handyman or maintenance experience

is an asset but not required Comfortable working

outdoors in various weather conditions

Experience is not required

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Starting Pay:

$25 - $27/hour to start, dependant on experience and skills
