We're a small, busy hotel that runs on teamwork, quick thinking, and a good sense of humor.

As a

Guest Services Agent

, you'll:

Check guests in and out efficiently. Answer guest questions about the hotel, parking, shuttle, and local tips. Handle reservations, cancellations, and payment processing. Pick up the phone like a pro and respond to guest emails or chats. Keep the front desk area neat and organized. Help guests with shuttle requests or other quick needs.

What we're looking for:

Friendly and approachable attitude, you like helping people. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Able to handle a busy environment with a smile. Flexible for different shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous hotel or customer service experience is a bonus, but not required.
