Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, the Guest Services Agent will assume responsibility to deliver a customer service experience of a best-in-class luxury residential building in London, ON, providing elevated customer service and resident experience, while also supporting the management team. The ideal candidate is expected to be a team player and people person, working collectively to achieve common goals. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter and have an aptitude for personal growth.
The position may work out of two locations - 1235 Richmond St., London ON and 1635 Richmond St., London ON

Essential Functions
Front Desk
Understanding how to manage access control in a luxury building setting
Responsible for greeting and welcoming residents
Professionally and courteously handle all inquiries, feedback, complaints, or concerns from residents (current and prospective) and follow up accordingly
Act as the point of reference for residents who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
Understand residents' needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities available on site and in the local area
Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises in addition to nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
Assist for on-site events and amenity bookings
Respond to emergency situations and contact the appropriate individuals for support
Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines around the lobby and front door areas
Provide administrative support to the building management team
Assist with the move in/move out process
Other duties as assigned
Who You Are
Education
- Minimum high school diploma
Experience
- 2+ years of related customer service experience
Relationship Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively; mature and self-motivated team player

- Maintain a presentable appearance at all times and have a positive attitude

- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Yardi is considered an asset
