Guest Service Agent

Skills Required:

Strong organizational skills, computer skills, and customer service. A positive and optimistic attitude with a passion for customer service and care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner according to Vida Spa Standards. Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests. Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner, making reservations over the phone, by email and in person with precision and with special details noted. Keep work area neat and tidy inputting and filing medical history forms. Cohesively work with others in a fast paced environment. Team oriented with ability to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and all other departments.
