Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using multi-line phone systems. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed. Assist with guest services, including providing information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and enhance overall experience. Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is advantageous.
