Job Description

As part of our Guest Services team, you'll play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences throughout their stay. Whether greeting guests, serving meals, or assisting with special requests, you'll represent the warm and professional spirit of CEM Resorts.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly. Provide information about menu items, daily specials, and resort dining options. Ensure cleanliness and order in dining and service areas. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle guest feedback or complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards as per resort policies. Support banquet events, in-room dining, or special functions as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or food & beverage preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong sense of teamwork. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Smart appearance and a positive attitude are must-haves.
