We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the site is ready for business inside and outside, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively, making it essential for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail or service environment.
Responsibilities
? Processing cash, credit, and debit card payments
? Tabulating total payments for goods or services
? Receiving payments for goods or services
? Calculating daily/shift payments received and reconciling with total sales
? Balancing shifts and entering data into the auto shift sheet (shift section)
? Stocking shelves and cleaning the store inside and outside
? Providing excellent customer service
? Ensuring all Health & Safety, Cash Handling, and Loss Prevention procedures are followed
? Receiving, unpacking, and displaying merchandise
? Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
? Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manage
Skills
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, primarily verbal English speaking ability
Experience in retail sales preferred.
Proficient in basic math for handling transactions and cash management.
Organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
