We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and the ability to handle various guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Duties
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist in managing guest relations to enhance the overall experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit processes is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of resort operations is beneficial.
