Job Summary
Radisson Hotel and Conference Calgary Airport is looking for Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor to join our team and ensure exceptional guest experiences during the overnight hours. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our hotel by handling front desk responsibilities, providing excellent guest services, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct front desk duties including guest check-ins and check-outs during late-night hours.
- Handle phone inquiries and reservations with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Utilize knowledge of hospitality industry standards to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain security by following proper procedures for guest check-ins and monitoring hotel premises.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or night audit role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in Opera System is required.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and phone systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles for night audit responsibilities.
