Guest Experience Specialist - Post Sale

As a Guest Experience Coordinator at North Hill Mazda, you will create exciting and memorable experiences as our guests pick up their new vehicles.

Typical workday:

Greet all customers and introduce them to the requested department/individual. Provide a consistent, outstanding experience for each guest while guiding them through features of their new vehicle. Prepare deal folders and maintain brochures/other materials. Complete post-delivery follow-up. Assist Finance with administrative tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract. Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Schedule:

Variety of weekday/evening, and Saturday Shifts.
