Responsibilities

Create relationships with guests over the phone and virtually
Quickly respond to all Guest inquiries
Book appointments for customers with various departments and connect them with product specialists
Offer specials and promotions based on marketing initiatives
Execute outbound call campaigns

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Office
Growth focused mindset
Superior customer handing capabilities: ability to listen intently, empathize and exercise patience while identifying customer needs and delivering outcomes.
Previous dealership experience is an asset but not necessary
Detail oriented and results focused personality
