Within Google Cloud, the GSI Partnerships Team manages strategic relationships with our top Global Systems Integrator partners. The GSI Partnerships Team strives to help build the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading cloud partner ecosystem with their strategic role.

About the role
  • Assist with developing high-volume CAPEX / OPEX budgets, handle contract negotiations, RFPs, RFQs, FOAs, SOWs, MOUs.
  • Budgets, approvals, and reconciliations. Establish Managed Services contracts, negotiations, and compliance.
  • Assist with data analysis, insights and partner strategy and execution planning activities.
  • Assist with preparing for alliance partner exec governance and cadence meetings.
  • Assist with content creation such as newsletters, presentations, pre-read documents, etc.
  • Assist with activities associated with internal comms, high potential partner onboarding, cross team project support.
Base Salary - $75,000 per year

Schedule
  • Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 hrs. shift from 9 AM to 6 PM (West coast/ Pacific time), open to flexible hours working with clients across the globe.
Location
  • Candidates are advised to be within travel distance from our primary location Yonge & Eglinton.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst/program manager in enterprise sales and/or business development working with Global SIs.
  • Strong project management experience, with exceptional skills at handling multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with public cloud solutions & services in the enterprise segment.
  • Experience in implementing go-to-market models with large Global SIs.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (specifically, spreadsheets).
  • Experience working in hardware and networking companies (preferable).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree, preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Communications; or equivalent work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Skills in translating data and trends into strategies and compelling messages
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize & manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of the cloud services landscape
  • Experience in a partner/channel environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com
Responsibilities
  • Provide program management across internal and partnership teams to track progress and follow up on action items.
  • Create and deliver various data reporting and deck updates dashboards regularly.
  • Responds to queries for data from across the globe internally and for the partnership teams.
  • Organize meetings, document detailed notes for action items, owners, ETA and use it to follow up with stakeholders on progress and organize follow up meetings.
  • Create an easy to use knowledge repository and well indexed content that is easy to find by the global teams on both sides.
  • To work with other departments to take care of logistics, setting up meetings, food/room set up, swags and all kinds of support needed to run events.
  • Produce high fidelity and organized reports.
  • Proactive and prompt responses.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Organize miscellaneous work, while maintaining visibility with the reporting manager on the entire list of all activities.
