blokDEK is seeking a data-driven

Growth & Digital Marketing Lead

to own and scale our digital growth engine. You'll manage paid media, funnels, content strategy, analytics, and brand consistency -- using experimentation and insights to drive measurable revenue.

What You'll Be Doing



Paid Media & Acquisition



Own and optimize Meta and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max). Use Tag Manager & Analytics to ensure accurate tracking. Conduct keyword and competitive analysis. Build creative and audience tests, scaling what works. Manage ROAS, MER, CPA, and weekly performance reporting.

Funnels & Landing Pages



Build and test high-converting funnels and landing pages. Guide outsourced web developers using briefs, Figma mockups, or wireframes. Ensure tracking accuracy across all funnel touchpoints.

Brand Awareness & Channel Expansion



Grow visibility across Reddit, YouTube, Pinterest, Houzz, and industry publications. Build partnerships, placements, and credibility drivers.

Content Strategy & Creation Leadership



Own blokDEK's content roadmap across ads, web, email, and social. Develop briefs, scripts, outlines, and frameworks for outsourced creators. Lead creation of educational and high-value content (installations, comparisons, customer stories).

Creative Collateral



Direct outsourced designers to produce brochures, guides, and sales materials. Maintain consistent brand identity across all materials.

Email, SEO & Retention



Oversee Klaviyo flows and lifecycle campaigns. Review SEO performance and identify opportunities for organic growth. Support blog/video content for long-term search demand.

Social Strategy (Outsourced Execution)



Own the social calendar and content themes. Approve content while outsourcing editing and posting.

Brand Consistency & Messaging



Ensure unified tone, visuals, and messaging across all digital and print touchpoints. Refine brand pillars with the founder as the company scales.

Community Engagement & Listening



Monitor and participate in Reddit, forums, YouTube comments, and other communities. Gather customer insights to shape messaging, FAQs, content, and funnel improvements. Encourage and amplify user-generated content.

Data, Reporting & Insights



Build a full-funnel KPI dashboard combining ad, web, and CRM metrics. Report weekly on inbound leads, click-to-call, conversions, ROAS, MER, and funnel performance. Provide insights, hypotheses, and recommendations for next-step experiments.

What Success Looks Like



Increasing ROAS/MER and funnel efficiency. Strong, consistent content pipeline aligned with brand and performance goals. Clear weekly KPI reporting with actionable insights. Community feedback loop that improves messaging and strategy. A reliable marketing engine requiring minimal oversight.

Who You Are



3-5+ years in growth, digital marketing, or performance roles. Expert in Google Ads, Tag Manager, Analytics, and SEMrush/Ahrefs. Strong understanding of funnels, CRO, experimentation, and reporting. Skilled at directing outsourced designers, editors, and developers. Comfortable owning strategy, execution, and insights end-to-end. Communicates clearly and thinks analytically.

Compensation



Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 Performance Bonus: Up to an additional $20,000 - $35,000 annually Total Potential Earnings: $85,000 - $110,000+
