We are seeking a strategic and data-savvy Digital Marketing Lead to drive performance across our digital channels. This role is ideal for someone with advanced expertise in GA4 and digital analytics, who can lead initiatives, uncover insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to support business growth. You'll be responsible for optimizing digital experiences, improving campaign performance, and guiding internal teams with data-backed recommendations.
Excellent in designing and optimizing Google Ad campaigns.
Lead digital performance initiatives across paid media, SEO, email, and web platforms to support business objectives.
Own analytics and reporting using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to track KPIs, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
Develop dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
Manage and optimize digital budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI across channels.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on traffic sources, conversion funnels, and user journeys to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, creative) to align digital strategies with broader business goals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, bringing forward innovative ideas and best practices.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership, influencing strategy and decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital performance, analytics, or web strategy roles.
Advanced proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms.
Proven experience managing and optimizing substantial digital budgets with measurable impact.
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing professional focusing on Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across departments.
Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
