GymTonic is a fast-growing SaaS fitness ecosystem platform connecting local fitness users with personalized training, shopping and networking through real coaches and fitness enthusiasts. We are live with 26 users, 3 paying clients, and 3 active coaches, and we're scaling quickly. This is a unique opportunity to join a startup at a critical growth stage and directly earn from your results.

Role Overview:


We are looking for three

highly motivated Growth & Client Acquisition Intern

to actively expand GymTonic's user base and coach network. This role is

100% performance-driven

, with compensation based on the results you deliver. If you are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and thrive on directly generating revenue, this is for you.

Responsibilities:



Actively reach out to potential users, fitness coaches, and partners to grow the platform. Manage client relationships and follow-ups to ensure onboarding success. Identify new market opportunities and assist in scaling user acquisition. Support targeted campaigns to drive subscriptions and engagement. Represent GymTonic professionally in online communities, Discords, forums, or events. Collaborate with the founder on growth strategy and performance tracking.

Compensation:



Commission-based:

You will earn a

fixed 32% of the scaling profits

you help generate. No cap on earnings -- your effort directly determines your pay. Ideal for highly motivated candidates seeking real-world, results-driven experience.

Qualifications:



Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results. Excellent communication, persuasion, and networking skills. Comfortable with outreach via email, social media, and direct contact. Interest in fitness, wellness, or SaaS startups is a plus. Prior experience in sales, client acquisition, or growth marketing is a bonus. Able to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
