THE ROLE: DOOR-TO-DOOR MARKETER & ESTIMATE SETTER

As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a key role in one of the most effective marketing strategies--door-to-door canvassing. You'll engage directly with homeowners, introduce them to our premium painting services, and set up consultations for estimates. This isn't just about knocking on doors--it's about your growth. With each door you knock on, you'll build your communication, sales, and entrepreneurship skills.

: $17.50-$35.00 per hour (Base + Performance Bonuses)
