About the Role

We're looking for

certified, passionate, and magnetic

fitness professionals to lead our

signature group classes - including Reformer, Mat, and HIIT

. Our ideal instructor is not only technically strong but also young at heart and distinctively

charismatic

. You command attention not just by skill, but by presence. You love to inspire, and you understand how to create an addictive group experience that keeps people coming back for more.

Who you are:

Certified with

1+ years experience

of coach pilates, preferably specialized in group reformer / mat / HIIT

Unique and expressive

- people remember you, your energy, and your class A

performer

and

influencer

- you

own the stage

and know how to

lead

the room with energy, awareness, and care Warm, intuitive, and responsible - you show up fully, connect deeply, and deliver consistently

Bonus if you have:

Social media presence or previous on-camera experience CPR/First Aid certification Multi-format certification (HIIT, strength, sculpt, etc.)
