Tasks

Provide clients with information Sort, verify and process financial transactions Verify and balance transactions Compile and maintain insurance data and records Provide customer service Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries Keep track of shipments Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries
