Salary:

$60,000 - $70,000/year (based on experience).

Grounds Operations Coordinator

to support our Grounds Manager and help lead day-to-day operations across lawn maintenance, janitorial, and snow services.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the Grounds Manager in the oversight of daily field operations. Coordinating and dispatching crews and equipment for maximum efficiency. Preparing accurate and timely month-end reports. Managing job documentation and ensuring compliance with company standards. Stepping in as needed to support or fill in for Grounds Superintendents. Maintaining a solid understanding of janitorial, grounds, and snow service responsibilities.

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership and organizational skills. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making under pressure. In-depth knowledge of Landscape Maintenance, Janitorial, and Snow Removal operations. Effective communicator able to build relationships with crews, supervisors, and clients. Business-minded with a knack for growing client relationships and supporting new opportunities.


This is a

one-year maternity leave coverage position

with the potential to open doors for future growth opportunities within the Oakridge Group.
