Seasonal, Full-Time or Part-Time

Wage:

Based on experience ($18-$20 per hour)

Position Overview:

We are seeking hardworking, dependable individuals to join our Golf Course Grounds Crew. As a Grounds Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the overall appearance, playability, and condition of the golf course and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and can contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, utility vehicles, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Maintain tees, fairways, greens, bunkers, and roughs to course standards Rake bunkers, repair ball marks, fill divots, and perform general turf maintenance Assist with irrigation system operation, maintenance, and repairs Perform landscape tasks such as edging, pruning, weeding, and mulching Set up and move tee markers, cups, and hazard markers as required Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times Assist in special projects such as aeration, overseeding, and sodding Report equipment issues and course conditions to supervisors promptly Work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required (start times often around 5:30-6:00 AM)

Qualifications:

Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or golf course maintenance is preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Valid driver's license preferred
