Join Our Team as a Maintenance Crew Member!

Do you take pride in keeping landscapes looking their best? Are you motivated, reliable, and ready to work outdoors in all conditions? Oasis Landscaping is looking for Maintenance Crew Members to join our team and help us care for some of Calgary's most beautiful residential and condominium properties.

What You'll Be Doing

Weekly lawn mowing, trimming, and cleanups. Bed maintenance: weeding, edging, and keeping planting areas looking sharp. Shrub and hedge pruning to maintain health and shape. Fertilizer and weed control applications. Aeration, power raking, and seasonal cleanups (spring & fall). Snow removal and ice management during the winter season (if applicable). Working efficiently with your crew to ensure sites are safe, clean, and welcoming for clients and residents.

What We're Looking For

Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance (1+ years preferred, but not required). Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to use landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, aerators, and power rakes. A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Reliable transportation to job sites (driver's license and trailer/truck experience are assets). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
