Ground Labour Crew members required for close support of civil earthworks operations in the Leduc and surrounding counties. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities:

Assess site, complete FLHAs and tailgates based on operation

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.

Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.

Support tradespeople in various tasks as needed.

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.

NOTE: Preference will be given to potential candidates with a class 3 or higher licenses' with a higher rate available. We welcome new drivers and will sign off driving hours for the completion of commercial driver certification.

Training certificates required:

- site client orientation provided to successful applicants

- WHMIS 2015

- CSTS , CSO (can be provided to successful applicants)

- Standard First Aid

- Motivated hard working individual

- Class 5 license at minimum , new class three and higher welcome.

- 1 year experience preferred.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
