Job Description

The Program Evaluator will consult with the program submissions team and Senior Management team for all Diploma Flight Attendant Preparation & Ground Crew Training Program related programs.

PTIB Standards:

Credential Requirement:

Relevant credential plus a minimum of two years of occupational experience in career occupations relevant to the program of instruction. No credential but a minimum of ten years of occupational experience in a career relevant to the program of instruction.

Special Credential Needed (Certification or License)

Transport Canada Cabin Crew Training Certification (preferred) Airline or IATA-recognized Crew Resource Management (CRM) Certification Safety Management Systems (SMS) Training Certification (asset)

Occupational Experience Needed (Job title / occupation)

In-flight Service Supervisor Flight Attendant / Cabin Crew Crew Resource Management Instructor Airline Operations / Training Manager Aviation Safety & Compliance Officer (asset)

Educational Background:

Diploma or Degree in Aviation, Airline Management, or Aeronautical Studies Certification in Cabin Crew, Airline Operations, or Aviation Safety preferred

Professional Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years as a flight attendant, lead cabin crew, or airline trainer Experience in aviation safety procedures, passenger service, and crew coordination Prior involvement in developing or evaluating flight attendant training programs preferred

Skills and Competencies:

Knowledge of aviation safety standards and airline operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in emergency procedures and passenger management Experience with CRM and in-flight service excellence standards Ability to evaluate training programs for regulatory compliance and instructional quality

Compensation:

This will be a contract position that will pay $250.00 to $300 Canadian per project
