We are hiring for a Full-Time Grocery Supervisor with a wage range of $18.00 - $25.00 at our location in Manning, AB.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist Grocery Manager with, ordering, receiving, and merchandising Inventory and stocking procedures to achieve company quality standards Create visually appealing 'X-citing Promotions and displays Process sales transactions, maintain sales records, and operate computerized sales and inventory systems Assist Grocery Manager with Team Member training and coaching to achieve operational standards Maintain a clean and sanitized work area Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are adhered to by the Grocery Team Handling customer inquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience

What you Bring:

1 year minimum experience in a grocery or high-volume retail setting Warm and welcoming personality with a positive attitude Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working during peak grocery store hours (i.e. evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays) Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs Strong communication and interpersonal skills
