Grocery Supervisor Full Time Bedford
Job Description
In this supervisor role, you will lead the grocery creatively building, stocking and maintaining grocery displays in an appealing manner. In this role you will provide leadership in providing exceptional customer service by coaching staff and setting an example by advising customers on the diverse variety of grocery products available and by contributing to a clean and organized work environment. You will receive, store and rotate product according to store procedure to ensure quality standards are obtained. You will participate in hiring, training and coaching staff. You will work together with the Grocery Manager and the grocery team to create a strong, caring team environment.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years food related supervisory experience preferred
- Previous experience working in a Grocery department would be considered an asset
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Desire to provide great service
- Passionate about food
- Interested in learning new skills
- Flexible availability
