We are looking for a Grocery Lead Hand to join our Buy-Low Foods
location in Clearwater, BC.
The successful candidate must have open availability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Create a positive and professional experience by greeting and assisting every customer with inquiries and concerns. Ensure the department is well-stocked and presented with the freshest products. Verify and accurately price and label products. Assist with communicating messages, training, and supervising team members. Help maintain operational efficiency by motivating team members to increase sales, exceed budgets, and meet profit goals. Ensure accurate inventory management including stock counts, ordering, receiving, and invoicing. Clean equipment and workstation to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment. Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience. The ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous retail grocery experience is considered an asset.

Compensation Details:
$18.50 - $24.00
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
