is a local general excavating company serving the Shuswap/Revelstoke areas and beyond as needed.Position Summary:
Full time position driving tandem gravel truck. Experience hauling tandem pup and equipment trailer preferred. Willing to complete weekly greasing and cleaning of truck ideal. Equipment operating experience considered as asset. Weekend work needed depending on schedule. Knowledge of chaining down and loading equipment and materials required. Only selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.
Current work is located out of town west of Kamloops working 6/1 schedule. LOA provided
Responsibilities:
Drive gravel truck in a professional manner. Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a commercial truck to all required laws. Complete daily driving log Complete basic daily and weekly maintenance to ensure truck is in working order.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid BC Class 1 drivers license Must submit current BC drivers abstract with resume. Own transportation and cell phone required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 per hour
