Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 Gravel Truck Driver to join our team.

Duties:
- Safely operate commercial vehicles, including trucks and trailers, to deliver gravels.
- Load, transport and unload heavy equipment using tilt trailers.

- Haul asphalt for paving operations (Experience Required)
- Haul gravels using a Triaxle pup trailer.
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in good working condition
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and brakes
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members

Skills:
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment,
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Excellent driving skills with the ability to navigate various road conditions
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
