A Graphic & Digital Media Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs to support sales and marketing, and other business needs. The role involves working with the Business Development team members to develop and implement designs to effectively communicate Bockstael\xe2\x80\x99s value to clients and overall brand. The designer will produce a wide range of materials, including graphics for websites, social media, advertising, and promotional materials, as well as multimedia content like animations, videos, and interactive presentations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design and Create Visual Content:
  • Design proposal for construction management and design-build pursuits.
  • Design marketing materials, such as brochures, banners, advertisements and social media graphics.
  • Work closely with business development/marketing, project and safety teams, and human resources teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
  • Create and update company templates.
  • Create multimedia content, including animations, videos, and interactive presentations for internal and external audiences (training videos, social media, etc.) according to schedule.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Contribute to marketing content schedule.
  • Update website content regularly.
Marketing Asset Management and Innovation
  • Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Organize and maintain a digital library of design assets and project files.
  • Provide creative input to support various campaigns and projects.
  • Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, technologies and AI.
  • Incorporate new techniques and ideas to enhance the visual appeal of content.
Required skills include but are not limited to:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other design software.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and basic web design principles.
  • Experience with video editing software and multimedia content creation.
  • An interest in and ability to pursue the use of Artificial Intelligence tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of imagination and creativity.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, related to work in progress within the organization.
