Obsessed with aesthetics and a curated feed? We're looking for a multi-talented creative to bring Dermablend Canada's visual identity and digital presence to life. As our
Visual Content & Social Coordinator
, you'll be responsible for designing impactful content across our website, social media, email campaigns, and ad channels -- while also managing our social strategy, community engagement, and content execution.
This is a hybrid role that blends strong graphic design skills with strategic content planning and social media know-how. You'll work cross-functionally with the Marketing and PR teams to execute brand campaigns, build community, and ensure Dermablend Canada shows up beautifully and consistently at every customer touchpoint.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Design & Creative
Design branded content across platforms: social graphics, email visuals, paid ad creatives, digital banners, web assets, etc.
Collaborate on brand campaigns and seasonal launches, from concept to execution.
Support print design needs (i.e. PR packaging, signage, promotional materials).
Maintain and update Shopify landing pages and Amazon/Walmart PDPs as needed.
Create/edit video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) and motion graphics.
Support event content needs, including visuals and on-site creation.
Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and platforms.
Bonus: Comfort on camera.
2. Social Media Coordination
Own the content calendar: plan, schedule, and post across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and our Broadcast Channel (any other platforms may apply).
Engage and reply with the community through comments, DMs, etc.
Identify trending content formats and translate them into branded ideas.
Collaborate with our PR & Education Lead, as well as our Digital Marketing Strategist, to align creative with broader campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or content creation (beauty or fashion preferred)
Proven experience managing brand social accounts
Deep understanding of aesthetic storytelling and social-first visuals
Strong grasp of beauty trends, meme culture, and platform-specific content formats
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Required Tools & Skills:
Creative tools: Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom required) Social tools: Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, or similar
Project management tools: Notion, ClickUp, or other project management platforms
Bonus Tools & Experience:
Creative tools: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, Womp, or similar
Email tools: Klaviyo, Attentive, PostScript, or similar
eCommerce tools: Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar
