Job Description


The Graphic Designer/Print Production Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day design and printing of marketing materials for real estate agents. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design and create marketing materials, print and online collateral (including brochures, mailers, signage, etc) quickly and accurately with a strong sense of design and layout using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop. Many designs are being transfered into the Canva portal
  • Print Production including running digital print jobs on the in-house printer, finishing of projects (trimming, scoring and folding), quality control, packaging orders for pickup and troubleshooting as necessary
  • Inventory monitoring and ordering of supplies and keeping these products organized
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department including timely invoicing of projects
  • Arrange courier deliveries and pickups as well as monitoring associated billing
  • Maintain book of current marketing samples for agents to review and order
  • Maintain files in system and deleting as required
  • Resolve issues and problems in a timely manner and ensure communication is thorough
  • Mass email campaigns (mail chimp)
  • Design digital social media material
  • Assist in design and development of marketing, sales & corporate communications and promotional materials
Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Experience:
  • Graphic design: 3 years (required)
Work Location: One location
