We are seeking a talented, creative and driven Graphic Designer to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. An individual who thrives on maintaining responsibility for the design and visual aspects of each assignment. Responsibilities

Principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :

  • G\xc3\xa9rer la conception graphique et la mise en page du mat\xc3\xa9riel de marketing (d\xc3\xa9pliants, \xc3\xa9tudes, brochures, publicit\xc3\xa9s de vente, propositions, communications internes, invitations, pr\xc3\xa9sentations PowerPoint, etc.) conformes aux objectifs et messages de la marque ;
  • Concevoir et mettre \xc3\xa0 jour les documents d\xe2\x80\x99accompagnement marketing selon les normes de la marque (c.-\xc3\xa0-d. brochures, cartes postales, propositions et pr\xc3\xa9sentations) ;
  • Conception de sites web et autres plateformes web pour la mise en march\xc3\xa9 de propri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9s ;
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper des campagnes de m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux en utilisant des graphiques de m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux ;
  • Fournir des approches cr\xc3\xa9atives et innovantes aux programmes de mise en march\xc3\xa9 pour les diverses \xc3\xa9quipes de vente et de services ;
  • G\xc3\xa9rer et pr\xc3\xa9parer les campagnes de mise en march\xc3\xa9 par courriel en utilisant les plateformes de marketing automatis\xc3\xa9es (Pardot et Buildout) ;
  • \xc3\x8atre \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99aise dans un environnement immobilier dynamique et en constante \xc3\xa9volution ;
  • \xc3\x8atre ax\xc3\xa9 sur les solutions et en mesure de fournir des r\xc3\xa9sultats cr\xc3\xa9atifs pour chaque d\xc3\xa9fi ;
  • Mener \xc3\xa0 terme d\xe2\x80\x99autres projets sp\xc3\xa9ciaux tels que requis ou confi\xc3\xa9s ;
  • Apporter un soutien administratif \xc3\xa0 la direction et au personnel ;
  • Pr\xc3\xa9parer et r\xc3\xa9viser la correspondance, les rapports et les pr\xc3\xa9sentations ;
  • Traiter des informations d\xc3\xa9licates et hautement confidentielles.

  • Manage the design and layout of various marketing materials (flyers, surveys, brochures, sales advertisements, proposals, internal communications, invitations, Power Point presentations, etc.) in line with brand purpose and messaging;
  • Own and manage the creative process for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, including email campaigns, flyers, floor plans, maps, postcards, invitations, boards, and signage;
  • Design and update marketing collateral according to brand standards (i.e. brochures, postcards, proposals & presentations);
  • Website design and other web-based property marketing, familiarity with Wordpress, Wix, Foleon and other web design services considered a major asset;
  • Developing social media campaigns along with social media graphics;
  • Provide creative and innovative approaches to marketing programs for various sales teams and service lines;
  • Manage and prepare email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms (Pardot and Buildout);
  • Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic and ever evolving real estate environment;
  • Be solution focused and able to provide creative results to unique challenges;
  • Other special projects as required or assigned;
  • Provide administrative support to management and other staff;
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports and presentations;
  • Handle sensitive and highly confidential information.
Qualifications

Qualifications et aptitudes recherch\xc3\xa9es :
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me ou \xc3\xa9tudes postsecondaires en graphisme ou un minimum de trois ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience professionnelle en tant que graphiste
  • Aisance dans l\xe2\x80\x99utilisation de programmes informatiques sp\xc3\xa9cifiques :
  • Connaissance avanc\xc3\xa9e de InDesign
  • Connaissance interm\xc3\xa9diaire de Photoshop et Illustrator
  • Connaissance interm\xc3\xa9diaire de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel et PowerPoint)
  • L\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience avec les plateformes de marketing automatis\xc3\xa9es est souhait\xc3\xa9e mais non requise
  • L\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience avec l\xe2\x80\x99industrie du design, de l\xe2\x80\x99imprimerie ou de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9dition est un atout
  • Aptitudes de communication efficace \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99oral et \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9crit, tant en fran\xc3\xa7ais qu\'en anglais
  • Facilit\xc3\xa9 reconnue \xc3\xa0 travailler en \xc3\xa9quipe et \xc3\xa0 apporter du soutien \xc3\xa0 un individu ou une \xc3\xa9quipe
  • Forte capacit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99organisation, grande attention au d\xc3\xa9tail et capacit\xc3\xa9 de prioriser
  • Aptitude \xc3\xa0 bien travailler sous pression, de g\xc3\xa9rer de multiples mandats et de travailler efficacement pour rencontrer les \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9anciers
  • Avoir des aptitudes en r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes et savoir faire preuve de discr\xc3\xa9tion

  • Diploma or Post-Secondary education in Graphic Design or a minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 professional work experience as a Graphic Designer is required.
  • Proficiency in the use of specific computer programs:
  • Advanced knowledge of InDesign
  • Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms is preferred, but not required
  • Experience in the design/printing/publishing industry is an asset
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Recognized ability to work as a collaborative team member and provide support an individual or team
  • Strong organizational skills, uncanny attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple assignments and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated problem solving and ability to use discretion.
