Work Schedule: Part-Time Availability

Location: 4020 Saint-Ambroise, Suite 199, Montreal, QC H4C 2C7

Key Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Designer, you will assist the Development & Design team for all Agency and Client related design and creative projects tasks, including:

• Adhere to internal and client style guide standards, processes, and best practices
• User Interface / User Experience design experience with proven solution design skills a must
• Create assets for Social Media, and Digital Marketing efforts for clients and Bloom
• Create Ad Banners for various platforms (both static and dynamic), Landing Pages, White Papers, Case Studies, Presentations and more for both Bloom and Clients
• Ability to go the extra mile, take initiative and work with little supervision

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

• Graphic Design experience, also using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Sketch
• Experience and knowledge in digital marketing (PPC, SEO, SEM) and conversion optimization, display campaigns, social media, web analytics, etc...
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge is a plus
• Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks
• Discrete with a high level of professionalism towards sensitive information
• Mandatory: Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
