We are hiring a Graphic designer to join the Fiix Software Marketing Department within Rockwell Automation. Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be an expert in Fiix\xe2\x80\x99s visual identity. You\xe2\x80\x99ll translate ideas and concepts into visual stories that captivate and educate people. You\xe2\x80\x99ll use your strong design skills to strengthen our brand, engage our audience, empower your colleagues, and evolve the way Fiix looks and feels.

What You will Do:


  • Maintain and evolve brand identity guidelines as the source of truth for company design decisions.

  • Manage and optimize the visual identity of Fiix\'s digital presence, including website, landing pages, ad creative, and social channels.

  • Execute design projects across the organization, including sales, marketing, and HR campaigns, with an emphasis on building a cohesive brand experiences across multiple touchpoints.

  • Manage and optimize processes for creating visual assets to improve capacity and efficiency.

  • Create and maintain a library of accessible templates that enable teams so they can communicate complex concepts easily and make information digestible.

  • Assist in managing in-house requests for design and freelance designers to ensure efficient execution of high-quality work.

  • Build a culture of design that embraces storytelling, experimentation, curiosity, and collaboration.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing/brand design experience

  • Experience leading, managing, and executing complex design projects

  • Experience managing creative agency relationships and overseeing freelance contributors

  • Analytical and creative with acute attention to detail

  • Expert understanding of the creative process

  • Understanding of user experience and digital accessibility best practices

  • Proficiency in Adobe CS, Microsoft Suite & Google Workspace

  • Strong visual, written, and oral communication skills to clearly convey design direction/concepts

  • Experience in SaaS is considered an asset

  • Experience in HTML & CSS is considered an asset
