Job descriptionThe ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.What Youll Do

• Write clear and compelling marketing content focused on storytelling (web copy, paid ad copy, blogs, email campaigns, social posts, landing pages, and more)
• Develop the email marketing calendar in collaboration with marketing and sales team
• Work with creative media/content experts and designers to lead the creation of innovative content that will generate highly engaging, sales-driving emails.
• Carry out segmentation of customer databases and develop and implement targeting strategies
• Create engaging creatives for digital channels such as Facebook, , Instagram etc.
• Conceptualize and create compelling print and digital designs from a blank canvas, including typography, colour pallets, logos, brochures, flyers, GIFs, presentations, online banners, images, and display ads;
• Utilize internal tools to design print and digital assets (including Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects, and Premier Pro);
• Assist in managing in-house requests for design to ensure efficient execution of high-quality work.
• Help with other digital tasks as needed.

What Youll Need

• A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and other design tools.
• A storyteller, with strong communications skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to write compelling copy across different media, with specific experience writing emails professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong design skills, creativity, and ability to work on various design projects.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
