About the Role Ayurcann is looking for a graphic designer to design digital and physical marketing assets. The creative designer will work with the marketing manager, along with company partners to create marketing collateral which includes but is not limited to, web design, print production, mock-up packaging, labels, catalogues, flyers, brochures, sales sheets and digital web assets. The goal is to ensure that the marketing manager has the collateral needed to execute on company initiatives. A successful candidate will bring a desire to learn and improve throughout the process. As an emerging leader in the Canadian Cannabis space, Ayurcann is growing quickly and requires a designer to meet current and future designing demands. Key Responsibilities include: - Creating mock-ups and high-resolution designs for products and brands - Create engaging marketing collateral through the use of Photoshop or Adobe - Meet deadlines for digital assets in a fast-pace environment - Produce creative 3D mock-ups and designs on a continuous basis - Has high attention to detail to ensure no errors are present in designs - Understand image resolution, printing requirements, and screen pixel sizes Requirements - Strong skillset in Illustrator or Photoshop - Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Strong communication and verbal skills - A willingness to improve and learn - Flexible with timelines - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional attention to detail - Video editing and photo editing is considered a strong asset Adding designs you have created or mocked up in your cover letter is considered an asset.
