The Canadian Centre for Child Protection (C3P) is a national charity dedicated to the personal safety and protection of children. Our goal is to reduce the sexual abuse and exploitation of children, to assist in the location of missing children, and to prevent child victimization.


C3P operates Cybertip.ca -- Canada's tipline for reporting child sexual abuse and exploitation on the internet -- as well as other prevention and intervention programs and initiatives.

-- and are currently looking for a responsible, dedicated individual to join our Education Development team as a full time Graphic Designer.



The

Graphic Designer

will work in a high-energy and collaborative design environment with various internal staff as well as external companies. You will create and deliver complex graphics, print design and video content for a diverse array of media from conceptualization to storyboard and editing. Your work will support the Canadian Centre's national programs and will require the ability to effectively assess target audience and visually guide messaging for children, youth, parents, professionals and the public.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

High level of imagination and creativity Illustration skills considered an asset Strong attention to detail in typography, colour and graphic style Ability to design print, web content with consideration for brand guidelines French would be considered an asset

Requirements Include:

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design/Communication Design 2 years experience in a graphic design environment Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of design editing software including Adobe Creative Suite Ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Strong project management skills Great communication skills with the ability to receive and interpret feedback and meet tight deadlines
This position offers a salary range of $45,000-$65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
