What you\'ll do:

  • Account Management and Client Engagement:
  • Drive Account Management efforts to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Support Field Sales Client Manager in identifying and capitalizing on production cycles and software opportunities within your designated geographic territory using innovative tools and techniques.
  • Sales Leadership and Cycle Ownership:
  • Lead key high-impact activities, including promoting Live Streaming Demos via the Virtual Demo Room, establishing high-level client contacts, and taking ownership of production sales cycles from start to finish.
  • Manage the production product portfolio by conducting critical needs assessments and gaining a deep understanding of market dynamics and existing gaps within supported teams.
  • Deploy, support, and meticulously inspect key marketing initiatives to optimize their effectiveness.
  • Implement and uphold a robust Sales Management Process with a focus on accountability for revenue generation, the outlook process, and Master Prospect List management.
  • Embrace the challenge of meeting and exceeding quotas, driving growth and success in this dynamic role.
  • Sales Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Conduct proactive customer sales calls independently and in collaboration with field representatives to cover your assigned territory. Engage with other support team members on crucial sales initiatives, including Big Hit management.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Proven track record of successful sales management experience.
  • 4-6 years of highly successful sales/marketing experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional business acumen and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication skills in French (bilingualism in French is an asset), with excellent presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated creativity in developing innovative solutions.
  • Strong aptitude for grasping technical product knowledge.
  • Prior experience in print production is considered an asset.
  • Proven Sales/Consulting Excellence: A distinguished track record of success in sales and consulting roles, emphasizing the ability to drive results.
  • Continuous Self-Development: A relentless commitment to personal and professional growth, including expanding knowledge and refining communication abilities.
  • Enterprise-Level Acumen: Extensive experience in effectively navigating and closing deals with enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: A talent for cultivating strategic relationships with key decision-makers, supported by strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Consistent Track Record: An established history of consistently exceeding revenue, sales targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Technology Expertise: Demonstrated competence in technology hardware and services sales, underscoring industry knowledge and readiness.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems, reflecting a commitment to technological excellence.
  • Client-Centric Focus: A deep-seated customer-centric approach, bolstered by outstanding customer service skills, collaboration capabilities, and a dedication to exceeding client expectations.
